The Starter tier includes a free trial. No charges apply.
2. Paid Subscriptions
For Pro and Enterprise subscriptions:
a) No automatic refunds
Because our Service is available immediately and generates compute costs, payments are not automatically refundable.
b) Billing errors
If a billing error or duplicate charge occurs, we will resolve it promptly.
c) Legal rights
Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
