These Terms govern the use of the Embedding Deduplication Service (EDS) and other services provided by LJMicroservices.

1. Definitions

• Service: the Embedding Deduplication Service (EDS) and other microservices.

• User: any person or organization using our services.

• We: LJMicroservices, operated by Joris Luypaert.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for legitimate purposes within machine‑learning workflows. You are responsible for the content of the embeddings you submit.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• misuse the Service

• process harmful or illegal data

• overload the infrastructure

• bypass security mechanisms

4. API Usage

You must use valid API keys. Abuse may result in immediate suspension.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Prices are listed on our website.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time (see Cancellation Policy).

7. Liability

We strive for accuracy and stability, but:

• we do not guarantee perfect results

• we are not liable for indirect damages

• you are responsible for integration into your systems

8. Suspension

We may suspend the Service in case of:

• abuse

• security risks

• non‑payment

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes will be published on the website.
